as well as ceiling heights, vaults, roof types and roof products will vary.
Livable square footage and pricing will vary with choice and exterior elevation preference or choice of options and are subject to change without prior notice.
All floor plans, dimensions shown, and lot square footage are approximate.
Total plan square footage calculations are measured from the outside exterior walls and include interior wall partitions.
Room sizes and home square footage may vary due to normal construction tolerances.
Structural Options, Elevations and Optional features chosen by Buyer may be included at additional costs
and are not automatically approved as they are subject to construction cutoff and/or completion dates.
Lot Premiums, HOA dues are additional buyer costs.

and are intended to provide overview and do not constitute actual plans and specifications for any home,
