David Williamson and his father, Lowell Williamson partnered in the early 80’s and began purchasing land. After a large land acquisition in Green Valley, Arizona, they acquired the publicly traded home building company Fairfield Homes in 1992 and took it private. Fairfield Homes continues to build homes in the Tucson metro area, with over 17 communities offering large homesites, golf courses, and mountain views. We build luxury homes in Southern Arizona focusing on maintaining the integrity of the land while creating the perfect home for our buyers.
